Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and AivorixQuant ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Risk Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed by the laws of your country to trade crypto-assets.

2. What the service is — and is not

• A software tool: you choose a strategy and limits, and the bot places orders on your own exchange account through an API key you create.
• Paper trading (simulated money) and backtests (simulations on past prices) to test strategies before risking real money.
• We are NOT a broker, exchange, bank, investment adviser or fund manager. We never receive, hold or move your crypto or money.
• Nothing in the app is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Every decision to trade, and its result, is yours.

3. No guaranteed profit

Trading can lose money — including all of the money in your exchange account. Backtests, paper results and any performance shown are past or simulated results and do not predict future results. Read the Risk Disclaimer before you start.

4. Your account

• Give a real e-mail address and keep your password and 2FA codes secret. One person per account.
• Turn on two-factor authentication (required for exchange keys and live trading).
• You are responsible for everything done with your account. Tell us at once at [email protected] if you think someone else used it.

5. Exchange API keys

• Create keys with trading permission only. Never enable withdrawals or transfers — the app refuses keys that can withdraw, and re-checks them.
• Keys are encrypted and can never be shown again, not even to our staff. You can delete them at any time; deleting a key destroys it.
• You remain bound by your exchange's own terms (including API rules). Using a separate sub-account just for the bot is recommended.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for anything illegal, for market manipulation, or with funds that are not yours.
• Do not attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, and do not try to access other users' data.
• Report security problems to [email protected]; do not exploit them.

7. Plans and payments

• Paid plans are paid in USDT on BNB Smart Chain. The price and the exact amount are shown before you pay.
• Blockchain payments cannot be reversed by us. Send exactly the amount shown, on the right network, before the invoice expires.
• Plans do not renew automatically. When a plan ends (after a short grace period) the account returns to the Free plan; extra bots are stopped, never deleted.
• If a payment fails because of an error on our side, contact [email protected] with the transaction hash and we will fix it or refund it.

8. Availability and safety stops

We work hard to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Exchanges, networks and our servers can fail. To protect users we may pause trading — for one bot, one account or the whole platform — without notice, for example during an incident or extreme market conditions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, exchange outages, wrong data from exchanges, or losses caused by bugs, delays or interruptions. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk; we will tell you why when we can. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Privacy & data.

11. Changes to these terms

When these terms change in an important way we will ask you to accept the new version in the app before you can start bots again. The version date is shown at the top.

12. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where AivorixQuant is registered, without limiting the consumer rights you have where you live. Questions: [email protected].
