Export or delete your data

Export

Settings → Privacy & data → Download my data. You get a JSON file with your account, bots, trades, keys (without the secrets), payments and security log.

Delete your account

1. 1Stop all your bots.
2. 2Settings → Privacy & data → Delete account, and type DELETE to confirm.

• Immediately: your exchange keys are destroyed, all devices are logged out, and your e-mail address is removed.
• After 30 days: the trading history of your bots is removed too.
• Invoices are kept for accounting, linked only to an anonymous id.

Important: Deleting can't be undone.
